We use equity-based teams at the early stages of our startup projects to keep costs low and provide opportunities for full-time employees working at corporations (normies) to experience what it’s like to work on a startup.

MVP Equity Teams are part-timers who are working on one of our startup projects as a side hustle, 16 hours per week. Teams are remote. Together, we build prototypes (Minimum Viable Products) and run experiments with Customers to test our hypotheses. The data we generate informs how our projects unfold and determines whether we pivot, proceed or kill projects. Team members earn 1.5% equity in startup after a six month period. If the project is successful, profitable or receives additional funding, team members may join the startup full-time if it makes sense for everyone.
